We have a dedicated on-site facility to complete grinding operations across 11 machine tools with capacity for over 80 hours per week, per machine. This equates to a total of 5,000 hours per month.

Our grinding facility has the capability to do the following:

  • Thread grinding
  • Shaft grinding
  • Surface grinding (1.5m diameter x 3m length)
  • Cylindrical grinding (1m diameter x 3m length)
  • Honing
  • Lapping
