Freight Forwarder

The role
We're looking for a proactive Freight Forwarding professional who can own the journey from booking to delivery. The successful applicant will have strong customs knowledge and a customerfirst mindset. You'll be covering Land, Air and Ocean freight to deliver a highquality, efficient service. In this role, you'll work with our experienced and supportive export operations team providing an efficient freightforwarding service to the British Engines Group and beyond. Excellent customer service is our creed and you will help Stadium Export Services sustain performance and grow our export services business. This position is offered as fixed term contract with a possibility to convert to permanent employment at the end of the term. The role is fulltime and office-based, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8:15am to 4:30pm and Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm. This will be the primary working pattern; however, we can be flexible and are happy to consider reduced hours and variations to start/finish times to support work-life balance.

We are looking for a CNC Setter Operator with predominately turning experience to join our site in Cramlington. You will be required to set and operate CNC Machines to produce a range of components from a variety of raw materials including brass, stainless steel and aluminium, ensuring all components conform to the engineering drawings.

The role
Are you looking to kick-start a career in procurement and supply chain management? BEL Valves is seeking a motivated Purchasing Apprentice to join our Purchasing Team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain exposure to global supply chains, and grow within a leading engineering organisation. As a Purchasing Apprentice, you will be an important part of the procurement team supporting a wide range of activities and working alongside experienced staff members who will support you in gaining new skills and your qualification. You will work with many different business areas, which will help you to build a strong understanding of how the procurement process works within the business. Take the first step towards building your purchasing career while gaining hands-on experience and getting paid as you work towards your qualifications. You will complete a 2 year apprenticeship specialising in sourcing, purchasing and managing the acquisition of goods and services for BEL Valves and will study with our Training Partner, completing a portfolio of evidence to prove your competence to achieve a Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply (CIPS) as well as receiving additional role specific training.

This is an internal vacancy for employees within CMP only. We are looking for a QHSE Coordinating Technician to support the QHSE Manager and QHSE Engineers with the coordination of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across the business. The role ensures effective control of goodsin inspection, assembly, and packing areas, maintaining compliance with QHSE requirements. It provides technical support, facilitates QHSE processes, ensures accurate documentation, supports Inspectors, apprentices, and trainees by coordinating workloads, providing guidance, and helping ensure that quality standards, KPI requirements, and customer specifications are met.
