You'll spend your first 20 weeks at TDR Training School before joining one of our businesses. From there, you'll spend four days per week in the factory and attend college one day per week.

Divisional Supply Chain Manager

The role
As a Divisional Supply Chain Manager, you shall be part of the divisional leadership team supporting our ambition to be a leading and trusted partner for engineered solutions to the industrial, power, energy and defence sectors. You will be responsible for developing and executing a global supply chain strategy that ensures ethical sourcing, sustainable growth, compliance, operational excellence and value creation. This role leads all aspects of supply chain management, including planning, scheduling, vendor performance, cost control, people management and stakeholder engagement while driving continuous improvement and sustainability. The Divisional Supply Chain Manager will develop, implement and embed the divisional supply chain strategy with the objective to strengthen and improve productivity, efficiency and costs while securing high quality material and subcontract machining for all businesses within the Division. This role shall provide strategic planning and leadership within their areas of direct responsibility whilst continually developing a sustainable, ethical, compliant, cost-effective chain of suppliers (globally) who demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, reliability, ethical operation and continuous improvement. The role will require worldwide travel to facilitate the effective collaboration with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet the Company's required standards.

The role
We're looking for a proactive Freight Forwarding professional who can own the journey from booking to delivery. The successful applicant will have strong customs knowledge and a customerfirst mindset. You'll be covering Land, Air and Ocean freight to deliver a highquality, efficient service. In this role, you'll work with our experienced and supportive export operations team providing an efficient freightforwarding service to the British Engines Group and beyond. Excellent customer service is our creed and you will help Stadium Export Services sustain performance and grow our export services business. This position is offered as fixed term contract with a possibility to convert to permanent employment at the end of the term. The role is fulltime and office-based, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8:15am to 4:30pm and Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm. This will be the primary working pattern; however, we can be flexible and are happy to consider reduced hours and variations to start/finish times to support work-life balance.
