Marketing Communications Executive

As Marketing Communications Executive, you will play a key role in delivering CMP’s marketing output across campaigns, digital channels and communications. You’ll be responsible for executing marketing activity, creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

 

Supporting the delivery of campaigns, you’ll manage day-to-day activity and help bring the CMP brand and messaging to life both internally and externally

 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, coordinating content, assets, and timelines
  • Create and manage content across digital channels including website pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media
  • Write and schedule email campaigns and newsletters, and manage automation journeys
  • Own day-to-day management of social media channels, including content planning, posting, and performance monitoring
  • Create PR and brand content including case studies, press releases, and news articles
  • Assist with internal communications, including company updates, newsletters, and engagement activity
  • Liaise with external agencies and internal teams to deliver marketing materials
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure alignment between product messaging and brand communications
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and channels where required, and support ongoing improvements 
  • Provide general support to the Marketing Communications team as required

 

Who we're looking for

 

You will have a strong interest in marketing communications, ideally with a qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience within B2B is essential, along with experience working with a technical product.

 

You’ll have 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing communications role, with strong writing skills and attention to detail. You should be confident managing multiple tasks and delivering activity across different channels.

 

Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media tools is important. Familiarity with SEO and analytics is beneficial.

 

You’ll be organised, proactive, and confident taking ownership of your work, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position working day shift. To support an improved work-life balance, CMP operates a 9-day fortnight (9/10) working pattern. This allows employees to work compressed hours and, as a result, enjoy every other Friday off.
