Data & Automation Developer

The role
As a Data & Automation Developer, you will play a key role within the Business Systems team, supporting the delivery of high-quality management information, KPI reporting, workflow automation and collaborative business solutions across the Group. You will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting and automation solutions, from data extraction and modelling through to dashboard development, deployment and ongoing enhancement. This role will help drive the move from static reporting towards scalable, trusted and self-service insight across the business.

Import Coordinator

The role
As Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the end-to-end import process, ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods into the business. You will act as a key point of contact for suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders, supporting operational efficiency and maintaining high levels of service. The aim of the role is to maximise operational efficiency and supplier performance by ensuring inbound shipments are delivered on time, fully compliant with import regulations, and supported by a proactive, detail-focused, and solutions-driven approach. Key result areas include ensuring import compliance, minimising inbound freight and duty costs, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing analysis to support continuous improvement within the shipping and logistics function.

Machining Centre Operative

As a Machining Centre Operative, you will report to the Shift Leader. The Machining Centre Operative plays a key role in delivering high-quality components through the operation of large CNC machine tools. Working within a fast-paced machine shop environment, the role involves producing precision-engineered parts to strict specifications, ensuring all work meets required quality standards and production targets. The postholder will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, setting and operating machinery, and making program adjustments where required. Collaboration is essential, with regular interaction across production control, engineering, maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Design Technician (Cable Cleats)

The role
As a Design Technician, you will support the design team in the day-to-day running of the office, including design work on current products, providing technical support to external sales staff and taking ownership of the company New Engineering Request (NER) process. After training, you will be responsible for dealing with new internal product requests, product bill of material (BOM) changes, system development projects and assisting in answering technical queries, including creating customer drawings.
