Production Supervisor
The role
CMP Products Limited is recruiting four Production Supervisors to join the team in Unit 1. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll lead an assigned production team and help deliver safe, high-quality and efficient operations. These are additional positions to complement our existing supervision team. They will strengthen production supervision and provide further operational support to QHSE. Working closely with QHSE colleagues, you’ll help reinforce operational standards, support safe and consistent production, and help teams resolve issues in a practical and timely way. You’ll also provide operational input to help embed good Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental practices across production activities. This is an opportunity to build on the supervision already in place while contributing to a safe, consistent and high-performing operation.

CMP Products is looking for 2 Senior QHSE Engineers to provide independent governance, assurance and technical leadership across Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) systems. You’ll help ensure our management systems are effective, proportionate to risk and aligned with regulatory requirements. Working with colleagues across QHSE, engineering, manufacturing and operations, you’ll provide clear insight into risk and help strengthen a proactive, prevention-focused culture. As Certification Engineer, you will provide certification control and technical support, helping ensure CMP products are designed, documented, tested and certified in line with relevant standards, directives and quality systems. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Sales and external certification bodies. Supporting design and development through CMP’s stage-gate process, you’ll help maintain regulatory compliance and deliver high-quality products.
