As a Data & Automation Developer, you will play a key role within the Business Systems team, supporting the delivery of high-quality management information, KPI reporting, workflow automation and collaborative business solutions across the Group. You will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting and automation solutions, from data extraction and modelling through to dashboard development, deployment and ongoing enhancement. Graduate Design Engineer

The role
As a Graduate Design Engineer at Rotary Power, you will play a key role in supporting the design, development and implementation of innovative hydraulic products that strengthen our market position and drive future growth. Working within our Engineering team, you will follow structured design processes aligned to relevant industrial standards, collaborating closely with Sales, Commercial, Production and Quality teams to ensure new products are developed, tested and delivered accurately and on time. This is a two-year structured graduate programme designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our business. You will rotate across different departments, gaining valuable insight into our processes and procedures while leading an individual project from concept through to completion. With guidance from experienced mentors, you will engage in project management activities, technical investigations and cross-functional collaboration to deliver meaningful outcomes. Throughout the programme, there may be opportunities for international travel in line with business needs, including visits to our manufacturing and service sites in Bangalore (India), Aachen (Germany) and Sioux Falls (USA). Upon successful completion of the programme, you will progress into a Design Engineer role.
