The role

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Trainer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Group Learning and Development Manager you will work with the HSE and Occupational Health (OH) leads to equip our employees with the necessary HSE skills and knowledge. You will develop, deliver, and maintain a variety of HSE courses across all British Engines businesses, ensuring compliance with IOSH, NEBOSH, and IEMA accreditation standards and ensuring colleagues have a safe environment to work in and the appropriate health and safety knowledge for their role. What you'll be doing  Use a risk-based approach to identify and prioritise HSE training requirements. Align the HSE training strategy with company goals and objectives. Plan and deliver bespoke and standard training courses for maximum impact. Innovate training delivery methods to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Evaluate training through structured feedback and apply the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. Self-manage resources and time to meet action plans. Issue certificates post-training and maintain up-to-date training materials. Coordinate with local management to plan training schedules, minimising production impact. Utilise the HR and Learning Management Systems for training documentation and competency matrices. Ensure timely delivery of mandatory training and refreshers. Identify and report HSE improvement opportunities, recommending corrective actions. Produce data analytics and KPIs for monitoring and measuring training outcomes, Attend relevant continuous professional development training and maintain personal qualifications and accreditations. Promote safe working practices and lead by example in compliance with company policies. Who we are looking for   The ideal candidate will have at least two years of training experience, with comprehensive knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices. They should be confident in delivering presentations to large groups and one-on-one training sessions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in time management, organisation, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint. Essential qualifications include a City and Guilds Train the Trainer certificate or equivalent. A higher-level training qualification and NEBOSH General Certificate are desirable. Familiarity with ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards, as well as IOSH and IEMA memberships, are advantageous. The role

As Marketing Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the development and delivery of marketing and communication activities that promote CMP's brand, products, and initiatives. This is a hands-on, varied role that includes content creation, social media, PR coordination, campaign support, events, and more.    You'll work closely with the wider marketing team and collaborate with colleagues across sales, product, and operations. You'll also liaise with external agencies and suppliers to help ensure all communications are delivered to a high standard and aligned with CMP's brand.   Strong writing and organisational skills are key, as you will be creating content across channels and helping keep marketing activity on track.   What you'll be doing:   - Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social channels.   - Write and edit content for a range of platforms, including blog posts, brochures, social media, emails, case studies, and internal communications.   - Plan, create, and schedule content for social media using HubSpot, ensuring timely and consistent output.   - Assist in the creation, scheduling, and performance tracking of email campaigns using marketing automation tools.   - Coordinate PR activities and media outreach in collaboration with our external PR agency, including press releases and editorial opportunities.   - Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as sample boards, product collateral, and exhibition assets.   - Help manage website content and updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.   - Track and report on key marketing metrics such as campaign engagement, reach, and web performance.   - Liaise with suppliers and agencies to support delivery of campaigns and content.   - Support the coordination of exhibitions and external events, from planning through to promotion and follow-up.   - Ensure all communications are aligned with CMP's tone of voice,   branding, and quality standards.   We ask that you are a marketing professional with experience in marketing communications and content creation. You'll have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is highly desirable, along with a good working knowledge of social media platforms, CMS tools, and SEO principles.     You will bring a keen attention to detail, a creative and solutions-focused approach, and a clear understanding of brand consistency across digital and print channels. Strong organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.     Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills are important, as you&©ll be working closely with both internal teams and external partners. The role

You will be experienced in implementing and maintaining HSE standards and able to demonstrate people management to motivate and develop your team.   We are looking for someone who is a strong leader, results orientated, with ability to plan and deliver against production deadlines.
