Our in-house Quality and Continuous Improvement team are involved in every aspect of the business to ensure that levels of quality are maintained across the board. It is this level of quality control that gives our customers the peace of mind that we’ll deliver the quality and precision that is required for each job we manage.
Maintaining an excellent level of quality relies on retaining the skills of a company’s most important asset; its people. We’ve continued to invest in the training and development of our employees since we started the British Engines apprenticeship programme in 1966. Alongside seven other companies in our group we’ve once again been recognised by Investors in People, and highlighted as one of the region’s top apprenticeship providers, passing on our knowledge and expertise to train up the next generation of workers.
Utilising this facility and our existing infrastructure we actively engage our employees to ensure that each of them has the skills and knowledge to execute each job to the level of precision that is demanded by our customers. This combined with our excellent working relationship with the local universities means we can continuously up skill our production engineers to be developing new technologies and processes to improve the overall quality of the products we manufacture.
